Final Court Disposition & Minute Order Pickup
Attorneys can have Final Court Dispositions and Minute Orders for criminal records requests picked up from Los Angeles County Superior Court and returned to their office.
Criminal records pickup for attorneys
Downey Legal provides pickup service for attorneys requesting a Final Court Disposition or Minute Order as part of a criminal records request within Los Angeles County.
The office goes to the courthouse that holds the case, picks up the available documents from the criminal clerk, and returns them as directed.
Information to provide
Specific identifiers help the clerk locate the case and the correct documents.
- — Case number and courthouse location
- — Defendant name as it appears in the case
- — Documents requested: Final Court Disposition, Minute Order, or both
- — Whether certified copies are needed, the deadline, and the return format
Court timing and fees
Record availability, copy and certification fees, and processing times are controlled by the Los Angeles County Superior Court. The office reports the clerk’s response but cannot guarantee that a requested document exists or will be released.
